Felicia began her journey to the Managerial Reporting team at the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned dual degrees in Business and English Writing. After graduation, she proceeded through IT Development training as a software engineer with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Alexandria, VA. Building her career first as a developer, she's also spent time in sales, IT project management, and continued developing her experience as a technical project manager.
Serving as a Project Analyst for Managerial Reporting, Felicia is a JIRA/Confluence administrator and a Scrum master for the Reporting and Architecture teams. Her project management roles include project documentation, issue log tracking, coordination with Team Leads and the Director, coordination with vendors and implementation partners, such as ITS. She feels most rewarded by the people she works with on all of the teams within Managerial Reporting. The work is challenging and interesting, and the teams are high-quality professionals that also make it fun coming to work each day.
Felicia's outside interests include spending time with her family, going to the beach and on vacations. She also enjoys taking walks and hanging out with friends.
